Gurgaon, popularly known as “The Millennium City”, faces water shortage during summers.  The demand for water supply is on high demand every summer, but the level of water supply is falling low. In Gurgaon, there is a huge gap in demand and supply of water following the growing population.

The city is growing so rapidly with modern infrastructure, metros, corporate offices, shopping malls etc, but at the other hand the basic reality is harsh. With this shortage and high demand of water, water tanks ferrying business is growing and turned one of the profitable businesses.

Inhabitants of are facing horror image of water shortage and Power Supply Problem in Gurgaon. Private water tanks are ferrying to residents and corporate offices, this also leads extra expenditure of the residents. With numerous uncontrolled constructions taking place all over, leads into a major penalty for the city as groundwater is running dry and turning into a mini desert.  Many corporate states are not harvesting rain water, which is very beneficial when water shortage.  But still this process is not in so much use.

Where Gurgaon is facing Water Supply Problem, at the other hand situation is not so different in the field of Electricity. Power cuts are the result of excess use of power supply. High demand of power supply arises during summers and in result power shortage takes place. One of the major reasons of power shortage is power theft and unauthorized extension of loads.
